ReplyDeleteYes, your right. My grandparents had attitudes like these people. We would go to their house almost every Sunday. If either of them said "nigger", my dad would take us home right then. One of the worst days I remember was the day of the Watts riots in 1965. I was spending a week or so with my grandparents during summer vacation. What I saw on the TV was bad enough, but the hate coming from the people I loved was really scary.
